You could live in a Northern View Community Apartment for less than the cost of a *Stevenson Suite! For approximately $3,283 per semester, you can seize your own share of an NVC apartment. Students can now sign up for one bedroom within a 2-bedroom Northern View Community apartment. We’ve opened our doors to all traditional NIU students who are two years post-high school and provided them their own building within the community. Northern View Still has other buildings specifically for students who have dependents and/or a partner/spouse, or are graduate or law students. So here’s what you have to look forward to:
Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom! We’ve got it all, so why just live when you can live it up at Northern View?

Include a check or money order payable to NIU for $150 (processing fee and deposit)
**Please print student’s name on check. (If you currently live in the residence halls, you do not need to pay the $150.00 processing fee.)
A confirmation letter will be sent to you on receipt of all materials.
RATES
(approximately) $3,282.75 per semester/per student with 2 students per apartment
(approximately) $6565.50 per semester if a student buys out the whole apartment for themselves
