Northern View Community is a new residential facility at NIU. It includes mostly two-bedroom apartments with a limited number of one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. All units are equipped with full kitchens, washers and dryers, cordless telephones, and Internet. Amenities within the community include a community center equipped with a computer lab, community rooms, study areas, a play room and a playground for children of residents.
Northern View Community is designed for students who are married, have a domestic partner or dependent, are graduate or professional students, or are undergraduate students at least 22 years of age.
