Northern View Community is a great place to live if you are looking for all the convenience of living on-campus, but need a little more. Northern View Community offers students with dependents or partners, graduate or professional students, and non-traditional undergraduate students a place to call home on the west side of campus. The community offers all the ammenities you need, and it is on the NIU Huskie Bus Line.
If you would like a tour of Northern View, visit the office in the community center on Tuesday or Wednesday between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

12-month contract $1,270/month
9--month contract $1,376/month
3 bed/2 bath
12-month contract $1,876/month
9-month contract $2035/month
Applications are being accepted for Fall 2008- Spring 2009 and for Spring 2009 only. Please include your $25 application fee with your application. There are mostly two bedroom units available, but a three bedroom unit might become available. We do not anticipate having any available one bedroom units.
