• Located in the central part of campus
• Consists of 3 residential buildings
• All-You-Care-to-Eat dining facility
• Trident dining facility.
• Double occupancy rooms
• An upperclassmen hall, with the exception of Neptune North which is the Fine Arts House

• Consists of four 13-story towers
