Partner Groups are a very valuable volunteer group to the overall success of Opening Day. They are assigned to specific unloading areas that they will manage and work all day (7:30am-4:00pm).
This is a high profile opportunity, but requires good leadership and rapport amongst the group, and a willingness for all members to be "teamplayers".
Requirements for Partner Groups
Groups must have at least 25 active/participating members in order to be considered.
- Groups must apply and be selected by the Event and Marketing Coordinator
- Groups will participate in a 1 hour Informational meeting to cover Customer Service, Opening Day specifics, and assignments.
- Partner Groups work on Opening Day, Thursday, August 21 from 7:30am-4:00pm
- Partner Groups work directly with the Event and Marketing Coordinator, and will be assigned to a specific unloading area. This is a high profile task, that requires organization, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- There may be additional opportunities for Partner Groups to participate. Please inquire with the Event and Marketing Coordinator.
